No. You can upload as many listings as you like but you cannot upload duplicate listings or listings that you do not represent.

What is a listing?
A listing is a property that you put up for sale or leasing. You can upload residential, commerical, industrial, carpark spaces and retail outlet properties.
How can I create a listing?
This requires you to be a registered user; once you have an account you have to login through this page (For Agents: https://www.oneday.com.vn/en_VN/login/agent/) and (For Landlords: https://www.oneday.com.vn/en_VN/login/user/). Go to My Listings, and click on the "Add Listing" button. Fill out all the required information; it is not necessary to fill out all the information asked. Once completed, click the "Preview" button. Check if the preview is to your liking. If so, click "Add" to put up your listing.
How can I find a property for sale or rent under my specific parameters?
On most of pages on www.oneday.com.vn [aside from a particular building page] there will be a search box under the title of "Industrial Building Search". Once this has been located, first choose between "Sale" or "Rent", then enter your specifications; District, Price Range, Size(sq.ft), Keywords. There is no need to fill in all the boxes.
How can I find the rentals or sales for one particular building?
First find the building. You can do this by searching it under the "Industrial" page, which has listed all the districts and streets. To go the district that it’s in, then click on the street that its on.
1. You will see a list of buildings, and to the right there will be two options; "Rental Listings" and "Sales Listings". Click on "Rental Listings" to see if there are any rents listed, click on "Sales Listings" if there are any sales listed. If there are any for sale or rent it will show up after you click, if not it will display "No result".
2. Another option would be after selecting the certain street, open up the building’s page by clicking on its image. You are now on the building’s page. To the right of "Property Search Result" you will see "Rental Listings" and "Sales Listings". Click on "Rental Listings" to see if there are any rents listed, click on "Sales Listings" if there are any sales listed. If there are any for sale or rent it will show up after you click, if not it will display "No result".
What happens if the building I want to list isn’t on the One Day database?
You can add the building and the street its on when you are creating your listing; please contact us if you encounter problems doing this. https://www.oneday.com.vn/en_VN/info/contact/.
How can I post a banner Ad on the front page and other subsidiary pages?

How can I enquire about property listings that I am interested in?
There is an enquiry form on each listing page that you can complete to send the landlord or estate agent a message; alternatively you can call them if they have provided their telephone numbers.
How do I report out-of-date or mis-leading information?
There is a "Report Error" button on every listing page and your submission will trigger a communication to the Oneday team and we will investigate the issue.
How secure are the information submitted on to One Day?
We are strongly committed to protecting your privacy online and have taken steps to protect the information you share with us. To help us protect your privacy, you should maintain the secrecy of the logon ID and password you may have set up in connection with your participation in any OneDay account.
